We are a team of eight skilled researchers and former head-hunters with over 25 years' total experience. We work closely with clients to provide high quality research services in a range of industries and across a number of different disciplines. We are thoughtful and discerning as well as being tenacious.

Such an aspiration requires SRA to deliver professional and relevant work that is accurate, informative and timely. Communication throughout an assignment is critical to our success.
SRA work to a strict "off limits" policy and, where necessary, will decline work where there is a danger of a conflict of interest. Simon Stephenson, the company's founder is also Co-Chairman of the Executive Research Association which includes in its remit the setting of the standards for ethics in the Executive Research industry.
